According to my contact at Pilot Automotive, the Bully Ladder Rack, part # CG-902 can indeed be installed on a truck with a bed liner. You would need to drill through the bed liner and into the top of the bed rail to attach the ladder rack (assuming that the bed liner covers the top of the bed rail). Apparently this was a known issue because Timbren put a couple of notes in the instructions regarding the use of penetrating oil to remove the fasteners for the OEM hardware and, if the factory nut is damaged, to use the supplied fastener. This indicates that this is a common issue on these trucks.
